You and your guests will need the day use fee permit that is $10 per vehicle, or the Northwest Yearly Pass that can be obtained for $30.

Make sure to obtain your wedding license through the county clerk. We are a team of two photographers and can sign as witnesses

Fall colors pop at the park in Mid to Late October. 

In the summer months it can reach high temperatures of around 80. 

Make your big day even more special by eloping at the Oregon Coast. I can promise you stunning photographs of you and your partner against the backdrop of the Pacific Ocean waves crashing into the rugged coastline anywhere along the historic Hwy 101. 

The Northern, Central, and Southern Coastline are beautiful elopement locations that include Cannon Beach, Hug Point Falls, Ecola State Park, Cape Kiwanda, Yachats, Brookings, Samuel H. Boardman, Gold Beach, and The Oregon Redwoods in Jedediah Smith National Park.

Cannon Beach is roughly an hour and a half drive outside of Portland and is known for  Haystack Rock standing tall out of the Pacific Ocean. On a headland to the north, the many trails in Ecola State Park offer sweeping views of the ocean, coves and a lighthouse. Start with a morning hike and elopement ceremony in Ecola and head to Hug Point in the evening for photos with a beach waterfall and charcuterie & champagne picnic. 

A little over an hours drive from Salem, is Pacific City and the iconic Cape Kiwanda Natural Scenic Area. This is an area for a real adventure elopement! Start at McPhillips Beach and walk all the way south to explore the sandstone rock arches and cliff for your ceremony and have a beach fire photoshoot to celebrate under the stars. 

Located in Southern Oregon is picturesque Brookings. Hike down the steep and rocky terrain to get to Secret Beach, for stunning views of the rock formations protruding out of the ocean surrounded by myrtlewood and pine trees.

Summer temperatures average in the mid to upper 60's for much of the coast. The southern coast has many days in the 70's and The Northern coast can reach into the 80's. Rain is always to be expected, but typically light from June through August.

Some of the most stunning mountain views, accessible for elopements, are here along the Cascade Mountain Range. The beautiful Cascade Range, located in Oregon, Washington, and Northern California, has some of the most scenic, and geologically complex mountains in the United States. The sharp peaks, and rugged terrain of the range include Mount Rainier, a towering giant with the highest elevation in Washington of 14,410 feet, Mount Adams, the second highest peak in the Pacific Northwest with an elevation of 12,276 feet, and Mount Baker and Glacier Peak reaching to over 10,000 feet. Home to numerous alpine glaciers, the Range receives an average of 80 inches of rain annually, creating densely vegetated fairytale locations for your elopement.

 Washington's beautiful Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest is home to Lake Valhalla, Colchuck Lake, The Icicle Ride Trail, near the Bavarian Styled town of Leavenworth.

The Willamette and Umpqua National Forests include Crater Lake and Umpqua River Scenic Byway with 7 mesmerizing waterfalls, including Toketee Falls, Umpqua Hot Springs (great for a sunset photo op) and an a glamping site within 15 minutes of the trailhead. Towering Douglas firs and Redwoods are the backdrop for your Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest elopement. 

Mt.Shasta is know as a sacred spot and is a magical place to elope. Hike the Old Ski Bowl trail with a quick exhilarating, elevation gain for a sunrise elopement, or take the more challenging  3.5-mile forested out-and-back trail to the Shasta Alpine Lodge, with a breathtaking view of Mt. Shasta. We recommend late June or July for weather. 

The Central Cascade Range is a beautiful spot to elope. The ancient ava flow created The Three Sisters Wilderness and Deschutes National Forest's Range. Hike to No Name Lake sitting on epic Broken Top or one of the Three Sister's Mountains.

The majestic Bridal Veil Falls and Latourell Falls on The Columbia River Gorge are a 35 mile drive from The Portland International Airport and easily accessible with shorter hikes. Head to Multnomah Falls for a portrait session next to the most recognized and tallest (620ft) waterfall in Oregon and a Michelin Star private dinner in Downtown Portland. Stay in a rustic cabin with all the amenities or a luxurious 5 star hotel. Remember, eloping is all about YOU. 

 Elope with full 360 views of The Gorge on top of Rowena Crest or Government Cove, perfect sunsets and spring blooms of colorful wildflowers. Located just outside of Hood River and White Salmon, where you can make breweries and windsurfing a part of your adventure!

There are quite a few  award winning Vineyards near Mt. Hood to elope at or visit during your elopement as well. Visit a lavender or tulip farm or hike one of the many trails like Elk Meadow Trail for Mt. Hood views and lush forest scenery.
